2. What data we process and why

This website does not collect personal data while you browse.

If you book a table or sign in to your customer account on the Book and My account pages, we will process the data you enter in the Valdea Booking booking system to manage your booking and your account. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google will identify you under its own privacy policy.

If you email or phone us, we will process the data you give us (for example, your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) solely to answer your enquiry or booking request.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and, when you request a booking, on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

4. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or booking and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The technology providers that run this website may access it as data processors, solely to provide their service to us: the web hosting provider and the booking and customer account system (Valdea Booking, by ValdeaTech).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@alsondecuba.es. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
